Sean Desallais
Hello! I'm Sean, a multifaceted professional with a passion for fitness, art, and multimedia production. My journey has been a blend of creative and disciplined pursuits that have shaped who I am today.
For years, I've dedicated myself to training in the gym, coming from a background of advanced personal training focusing on fitness and weight training. This commitment to a disciplined lifestyle has not only enhanced my physical well-being but also honed my self-learning abilities. Through perseverance and dedication, I have advanced my skills in Adobe Premiere Pro to an high level. This proficiency led to an exciting opportunity to create a safety video for Bristol Heart Institute, which is now used to train nursing staff—a project I am incredibly proud of.
Living a healthy lifestyle is important to me, and I believe it sets a positive example for my patients recovering from heart surgery. Demonstrating the benefits of fitness and discipline helps inspire them on their own paths to recovery.
My passion for Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro goes beyond just skills; it's a true love for the art of visual storytelling and digital creation. Whether it's editing a photo to perfection or crafting a compelling video narrative, I find immense joy in the process and the final product.
I bring the same dedication and enthusiasm to all my endeavours, whether it's in the gym, printing art, or working on a digital canvas. I look forward to bringing this passion and expertise to new challenges and opportunities.
From 2012 to 2015, I had the honour of being the captain for the Clyde Arms pool team. It was a fantastic experience that involved not just playing but also coaching budding players, making those tough match player selections, and even collecting monthly fees (someone had to do it!). I also organized transport for our team to away matches, ensuring we always arrived on time. Supporting players who aimed to trial for the Bristol County was particularly rewarding.
I've had the privilege of playing for the North Somerset 'A team' county for four years taking across the country and have even trialled for England on two occasions. My pool journey has also taken me to the Bristol County, where I've played for both the A and B teams.
Pool was more than just a game for me; it's a passion that has taught me leadership, strategy, and the joy of competition. Whether it's making a perfect shot or guiding a new player to success, I loved every moment of it.
